FAQs
Can I get all my supplements from The Melbourne Apothecary?
We are a prescription only Apothecary, meaning simply - yes, you can collect your medicines from us if they’ve been prescribed to you by a practitioner (outside of our team, or within our team). You will need to bring your prescription with you or email it to us before you visit if coming to us from an externally prescribing practitioner.
Do you post or do I collect my supplements?
You can visit us to collect your medicines or we can easily post them to you. All medicines are posted via express post. You’re welcome to call us to arrange your supplements and pay over the phone if you would prefer to collect.
I am a practitioner - can I prescribe through you?
Yes. We welcome all prescriptions from all practitioners with TGA approval. We have a stock list of supplements that we have on hand ready to email to you and we also special order any items not in stock weekly. Simply email us for your copy of our stock list and when you’re ready via ma@cometoma.com.au. Once you’ve decided on what you’d like to prescribe, email through your prescription and patient details to us. We will call them to arrange payment and collection/postage.
What is Fertile Ground Health Group?
Fertile Ground Health Group is our sister practice. Fertile Ground focuses on fertility, reproductive medicine and pregnancy care, and have done so for the past 22 years in Melbourne. Both Fertile Ground and The Melbourne Apothecary are multi-modality practices that run on foundations of collaborative and complementary healthcare.
